How to sign up for business VoIP

1. Choose your plan

   Select how many lines you need and your plan, then add any extras such as call recording, extra numbers or number porting.

2. Add your details

   Enter your business name, address and contact details to create your account and receive invoices.

3. Pay securely

   Pay by card through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers, and your subscription is billed monthly in advance.

Common questions about our business VoIP service

How much does business VoIP cost?

Plans start at £9.95 per line per month for Basic, with 300 pooled minutes. Standard is £13.95 per line per month with 750 pooled minutes, and Unlimited is £21.95 per line per month with 2,500 fair usage minutes. Every account includes one free UK number.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. VoIP plans are billed monthly in advance with no minimum term. Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing month.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. You can transfer existing BT/PSTN phone numbers at any time. Number porting costs £25 per number, one-off, and timescales depend on your current provider.

Do I need to buy new phones?

No. The service works with any VoIP-compatible phone, including Yealink, Grandstream and Cisco handsets, as well as a mobile app or a laptop with a headset. If you would like help, assisted device setup is available for £49.95 one-off.

What does the Unlimited plan include?

The Unlimited plan includes 2,500 minutes a month to landlines and mobiles under a fair usage policy. Calls beyond your plan's minutes are charged at 3p to 5p per minute, with a hard cap of 5p per minute on all lines.

Are your VoIP calls encrypted?

Yes. We are one of only a few secure encrypted VoIP phone providers in the UK, which supports your GDPR compliance. Most VoIP systems are not encrypted, which makes calls easy to intercept.
