IT Pro Expert has its own recovery lab and is associated with the other world leading manufacturer approved drive recovery company that can deal with the most difficult of recoveries. Be cautious of company that use unknown third parties to attempt their data recoveries.
There are only a handful of truly professional companies who are capable of true data recovery and adhere to strict data safety & security practises.

Each drive will have a unique repair procedure, associated cost and we will quote prior to continuing with the recovery work. See our guide prices below.
There are no hidden costs. You will need to provide a replacement drive (or we can provide one at cost) for your data to be returned to you on.
Typical costs are £200 to £500 for most recoveries and £500 upwards for significantly damage drives that require critical work in the high level lab.

Important: If a drive is failing. Stop using it immediately. There is usually only one good opportunity to recover the maximum amount of data using very specialist equipment. Do not attempt to use cheap software online that promises recovery as it will wear the drive down and make recovery far less likely.
