Here is the simple way to disable MFA/2FA on Microsoft Office 365 for the entire tenant. Do not do this to bypass MFA for any length of time unless you enable Conditional Access. There are times when MFA has to be disabled, for example during some migration situations but otherwise never do it. If you are struggling, check that Conditional Access or Policies are not active.
